In an interview with photographer Alan Mercer, Linda recently said, "I was so excited and happy to do it because Phyllis and I worked together for quite a few years in the clubs. . . When Rick [Gianatos] approached me with this idea I thought it would be tremendous to do an homage to Phyllis Hyman." The initial release in 2008 didn't get the promotion it should have, but now it is, with exciting new mixes by Rinaldo Montezz, Jesse "Outlaw" Hinojosa, and Rick himself, revisiting his Original Recipe mix.
