"As artists, we have certainly felt the hardship of the COVID-19 Pandemic, especially when it comes to performing for our audiences - however, it hasn't stopped me from creating. I had the privilege of writing ‘Anyone Like You' with The Potbelleez frontman, Ilan Kidron. Ilan is someone I've wanted to work with for quite some time, so when he responded saying he was available to collaborate after I reached out to him online, I jumped at the opportunity.

We wrote the melody and lyrics via Zoom, then passed the demo on to the legendary production duo from Melbourne, MSquared. Everything was done remotely including my vocals, which I recorded in my bedroom. We used the idea of ‘the unknown' and how that can relate to all types of relationships. We spend our whole lives searching for all the things we think we want, and not fully appreciate what we have.
