REST IN PEACE RONALD BELL - WHAT A LEGACY OF MUSIC - Influenced by Miles Davis, John Coltrane, and Cannonball Adderley, Ronald taught himself how to play saxophone by copying records by Lee Morgan, Art Blakey, and Wayne Shorter, his signature sound can be heard on the band's horn lines, bass, synthesizer and vocals. He wrote and produced many of the band's songs including "Celebration", "Cherish", "Jungle Boogie", "Summer Madness", and "Open Sesame". The horn line on the intro of Open Sesame was always a call to the dance floor, at 44 years old it still fills the room with electricity. Thank you for the music Ronald.
